As a soul we carry a database of timelines, prospects and definitions.
Meaning that in order for our soul’s growth we have to go through certain lessons, that may repeat itself over time, sometimes even changing in form or degree of intensity. Depending on how we respond to what is been presented to us.
I think the power of choice is a fundamental birth right we as souls should remember. Because if we shift how we respond to certain people, lessons and occasions, either mentally through a perspective shift, through acceptance and practically choosing a different path or emotionally feeling through the residue, we clear our path to the voice of God. The observing state in which all energy is neutral.
I know this sound easilier said than done, but let’s see how we can practice being the neutral observer, instead of the responder in life.
Ways to stay grounded in the observing state:
1. See the good in every thing and every one, especially the ones that challenge and trigger you.
See if their is a hint of light you can start to focus on. It might be the way that person takes care of their animal, the lesson or soul growth you have made due to this circumstance. Constantly come back to that center of focus when negative thoughts or feelings try to run away with you regarding the occasion.
This is soul training. Because it was never about the other, and is more a soul skill you have decided to grow into – to remain centered in your soul frequency, no matter the outside circumstances. Some might call this the art of stoicism.
2. Walk through the eyes of God
Take a moment each week where you walk with the intention to observe from the eyes of the creator. How would the creator think (if it even does ;))? What would the creator focus on in the outside world, would it judge? Become very aware of where you normally would go to assumptions, judgements or fill in blanks of things you might not even know of. See if you can soften and relax into the heart of God, where all is well.
3. The mirror exercise
Most judgements we carry within our energetic fields are imprints of societal programming, patterns carried by our lineage or past trauma that lingers within the subconscious. To become aware of them it helps to start with the self.
Every time you look into the reflection of yourself in the mirror you have a chance to reshape this programming. An exercise I love to give my clients is the mirroring exercise, where for 7 days you look deep into your own eyes and instead of changing something within your appearance – you stand still and observe.
First, you become aware of all that comes up. See if you can stay neutral and just state to yourself: “I this ….. thought or feelings pops up.” “Ah, this ….. I always used to think about myself or I would always see myself as.”
After you have become aware of the old (and please let tears flow within that space, tears are just energy finally releasing), you can start speaking back to the voices of self-judgement and start reshaping them to the truth of unconditional love.
For example:
One might always saw themselves as a complete failure. Notice and state “I used to think about myself as a failure.”
Feel it in your body, maybe shake it out. Then look deep into your own eyes again and reshape: “I have always done my best and I am eternally complete.”
Then again feel your frequency change within your body as you attune to a more soulful timeline and programming.
I would love to hear your thoughs about this!
Soul to soul,
Sabina
