What’s the women circle?
For seven months Sabina, togheter with a team of other powerful experts, will guide you through the layers of the energetics a feminine body holds where the chakra’s serve as an energetic portal to call and ground your soul into flesh. (Read here what chakra’s are)
Women naturally carry the essence of the earth within their bones and are a direct mirror to the cycle of death-birth and -rebirth. Therefore, the chakra system within the body of a women carries a whole different variety of life topics, blockages and imprints.
In the women circle we dive deep into the layers of this knowing. You will start feeling the chakra’s from the inside out.
A life change guaranteed. A homecoming between soul and flesh guaranteed. A present life spark, soft and powerful, fully felt.
How does this look practically?
Every month we dive deep within the energetics and practicalities of one specific chakra, starting from the root up.
All chakra’s share a specific connection to different organs, vibration, food systems, movement, sound and life theme’s a women is faced with.
Every month there is a:
• Live online Chakra Ceremony
Sabina opens the container each month for the present chakra where she channels through the energetics layers the chakra holds within the feminine body.
The class will be filled with practical information on how to activate and open the chakra in deep & creative ways.
You will leave this ceremony with a refeshed feeling and a high frequency dose of inspiration to adjust your life to the month chakra deep within your daily life.
• Somatic chakra practice (on your own time)
Every month Sabina provides you with a clear recording of a somatic chakra practice you can do within your own time to restore the cell memory stored within your chakra to a higher frequency of divine light and healing.
All you need is a safe space to be alone, pillows, blankets and a bit of space to move (can be on a yoga mat or simply in the comfort of your bed).
• Live Guest Expert circle
Within the Women Circle there will be an expert invited that deeply aligns with a transmission connected the month chakra.
It will be a healing circle led with intention and precision to deepen the vastness of each chakra.
• Chakra Sound Healing (on your own time)
Every month there will be a deeply healing and activating sound healing recording to open and rebalance the month chakra within the nervous system.
This deep practice of surrender allows you to absorb the vibration of peace and harmony within your energy system and body.
Why I create this space for women?
As a women that has experienced sexual abuse several times within family and friend circles, I know how it is to lose full contact with your body or feel a certain numbness to the abundant stream of life force energy a women can tap into.
Also, I have escaped my body a lot in the past by overeating, energetically leaving my body or being super present within the realms of my mind. All of this because it felt unsafe to be fully present within my feelings and my body at that time.
After a crucial moment 12 years ago, where I wanted to leave this earth plane, something fundamental shifted within me. God made sure I did not leave and made me remember what I came here for. So I chose to stay present with all there was, to take ownership over my life path and dive deep within the healing of trauma that was stored within my body.
That’s when the chakra system came on to my path together with a deep cellular memory healing method. As a deep diver I started working with them, reading about them, activating them in meditations and visualisations and got so many downloads that completely changed my life and the connection I hold to my physical body.
Health problems like gluten intolerance, eating disorder, the absence of my period, migraine attacks, heavy back problems and constipation cleared in a very fast time span as they were just excessive enery stored within the cell memory of my chakra’s.
The chakra system within my body made me understand how energy is stored within the feminine body. And how health symptons are a gateway to finally come home to our soul essence, and reclaim the universul life force energy that is present for all of us within the expand of our bodies.
My prayer for this 7-month container is to hold a space for women to come home to their divine core of purity. To fully tap into the full expression and divine power we as women hold within our physical body.
Where softness meets depth, surrender meets grace and joy meets full soul authentic expression.

• All live ceremonies will be held on Zoom and will be recorded and sent to you afterwards. So if you cannot make it on a time or date, you can always rewatch the ceremony in your time.
• The total investment for the 7-month Women Circle is €770, which can be paid monthly (7 x €110) starting from the moment you subscribe.
It’s a deep restorative space with a full chakra healing course included.
• You need to fill in a valid email adress, as all content and zoom links will be transfered by email.
